What would be the best showergel/body wash and body scrub?

Ok so sometimes i get spots on my body which i can't seem to get rid of they do go away by themselves eventauly but i'm just wondering is there a body wash or shower gel or even body scrub anything really that would help my skin be in better condition?

The cause of pimples is bacteria and oil trapped in the skin and tea tree oil kills bacteria you can dab a bit of tea tree oil on the infected area. It is a good idea to wash the skin first to remove any oils and dirt that might be blocking the way.
