Is there any difference between liquid hand wash, and liquid body wash?

They often have the same brand and same packaging, but hand wash is much cheaper!Is there any difference between liquid hand wash, and liquid body wash?
Hand wash would be more intense and would be harsher for your body. It can dry out your skin very easily.Is there any difference between liquid hand wash, and liquid body wash?
The Scent, plus I`d imagine that Body wash isn`t as harsh to your skin as a hand wash would be.
hand wash is only for hands but body wash is like what u use when u take a shower
PH balance, the hand soap might be a bit rougher on the rest of your body be careful it could give you flakey dry skin!
The hand wash might make the skin on other parts of your body dry.
