What is body wash used for or how is it used?

Is it just soap? My daughter was given a package that has body wash, perfume and body lotion. What's the purpose of body wash?What is body wash used for or how is it used?
Its body soap, and its used all over the body except the head %26amp; face. Its wonderful !


Makes you smell good all over, then you use the lotion and last the spray.

Ummm...there are directions and uses on the back of the bottle.
Yes, body wash could be just liquid soap, but there are also body wash for moisturizing the skin while showering and adds perfume/cologne.





If you have excessive dry skin it's easier to use the Moisturizing Body Wash in the shower after you cleanse yourself with regular soap.


The water and body wash together acts as a great layer that keeps the skin hydrated longer rather than adding lotion to the entire body after you have dried which doesn't absorb very well into the skin and also it's time consuming.

Yes, body wash take place of soap. Put the body wash on a sponge, wash cloth or loofah while you bath or shower. It will not leave white film on the body like some soap. Then follow with the perfume and body lotion.

Body wash can be used with or in place of soap. The thing with it though, depending on what kind, should probably we used WITH soap, since most of the body washes give more fragrance than they do soap. Make sure you lather well, use a spoonge or loofah. Good Luck!
thats all my family uses is body wash, it is liguid soap. I like the irea that you squirt it on your wash rag and unlike a bar of soap you are the only one that touches what you are using,
